IMPORTANT: By using TalksTV, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalksTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use TalksTV
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant TalksTV a worldwide license to:

Store, reproduce, and distribute your content
Display your content to other users
Use your content for promotional purposes

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal activities
Contains hate speech or discrimination
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains malware or viruses
Is sexually explicit or pornographic

4. TalkCoins System

Earnings System:

1 TalkCoin = ₹100 for publishers, ₹50 for audience
Minimum withdrawal: 101 TalkCoins
Withdrawal fee: 5%
Processing time: 3-10 business days
Auto-withdrawal at threshold (configurable by admin)

5. Advertising Terms

Ads must comply with our content guidelines
All ads require admin approval
Payment must be verified via screenshot
Refund policy: No refunds after ad approval
Ad duration: Based on selected plan (Daily/Monthly/Yearly)

6. Payments and Withdrawals

Ad payments: Via UPI (padunushh@okicici) or PayPal
Withdrawals: UPI, Bank Transfer, or PayPal
Minimum withdrawal: 101 TalkCoins
Processing fee: 5%
Tax responsibility: Users are responsible for applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

TalksTV and its logos are trademarks. You may not use our branding without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent activity
Creating multiple accounts for abuse
Uploading prohibited content

9. Limitation of Liability

TalksTV is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Service interruptions or downtime
Loss of data or content
Unauthorized access to your account
Third-party actions or content

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in India. By using TalksTV, you waive your right to a jury trial.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
